Taking sun baths are common here. Its recommended to take a sun bath for 15 minutes a day. The sun is the source of power, health and mental strength. If you do a sun bath 15 minutes a day you will not suffer from a majority of diseases,because your immunity power will be improved. Your eye sight improved, your confidence level will be increased. Your digestion will be improved and if you are having better digestion your systems of the body will be working optimally. The sun provides emotional balancing. These are the reasons the sun is worshiped here and the Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) is the main posture sequence in Astanga Yoga.
