Yoga and Meditation In Times of Uncertainty and Crisis
5 Day Online Yoga Retreat

Participate in a week of live classes every morning for 5 days and discover how a daily yoga practice heals the body, mind and spirit. Go deeper to understand the history and philosophy of yoga. Develop a daily meditation practice to counter the effects of stress that we are all experiencing during times of uncertainty and crisis. You will receive a recording after each class and discussion that will be yours to keep.
Sliding Scale: $40 for the week or $75 and receive the option of a one on one coaching session to tailor this experience.
Schedule:
9 am Central Time – 60 Minute Live Yoga Class taught on the Mat and held on Google Meet which is similar to Zoom.
7 pm Central Time – 30 Minute Yoga Presentation, Discussion and Meditation Practice
