These videos are great for anyone living with a neurological condition or for anyone that would that benefit from gaining more strength, mobility and release of pain and tension. I believe that everyone no matter your physical ability or ability to afford yoga classes should be able to practice yoga. I also believe that yoga instructors should be paid for their work.
