In the 300-hour training you can plan to explore:
• The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the philosophy and history of yoga, with an emphasis on the 8-limbed path and the foundations of this rich and storied path.
• The subtle and physical body with the Kosha model, Pawanmuktasana series 1 and 2 and yoga nidra
• Asana ABC’s- a return to basic’s that is ideal for both the long-time practitioner/teacher as well as those newer to their practice and teaching. We work together as a hive, sharing and growing.
• Accessible Yoga
• Trauma Informed Teaching
• Yin Yoga and the Traditional Chinese Model
In the 200-hour training you can plan to explore:
The History of Yoga
How to teach
Finding your voice
Different forms of practice, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Gentle

8:30 am Breakfast
9:30 am Philosophy and history discussion
12:00 noon Asana ABC’s

Cost is $5495.00 USD for the 300-hour training and $4295.00 for the 200-hour. Payment Plans available and payment in full is due by April 30th, 2021.
All training, all books, Training Binder, Accreditation through Yoga Alliance, Shared accommodations in jungle bungalow, 3 gourmet meals during all training days, 1-night shared lodging the night before and after training in San Jose, transfer to and from San Jose and team building excursions
